Choose Practice reflection, Match reflection, or Free note on home. For a reflection, answer at least one of the five prompts; you do not need to fill them all. Check that saving completed before closing.
Drafts and lost connections
Drafts save to the server while connected. Only choosing device storage preserves unsent changes on this device across reloads. Be careful on shared devices. Signing out clears device drafts.
What your coach can see
When you enable Online sharing, an assigned coach can view completed standard records from your chosen start date and your current goal during their assignment. Free notes, drafts, AI history and existing private Online notes are not shared.
AI assists your records
Under-13 players can use free records and cannot use AI. Their records are not sent to AI. Paid AI for players aged 13 and over is being prepared. Minors need guardian consent. AI organization never changes the original until the player accepts it.

You can request account and data deletion by email even if you cannot use the app or sign in. You do not need to reinstall the app.
Request Note-only closure
Close Note for this family account and delete its records, goals, free notes, drafts and AI conversations. Export anything you need first. Your shared login, players, Online bookings and reports remain.
Request closure of all services
Send a shared-account deletion request to Online’s existing operations process. Operations reviews bookings, payments and required retention. Receiving a request does not mean deletion is complete.
Email the address below from the email registered to your family account. Specify either “Note-only closure” or “Closure of all services”. If you cannot use your registered email, contact support for help. Do not send passwords or the contents of your child’s records.

Sending an email does not complete deletion. Operations checks your identity and the requested scope.
After Note closure is accepted, use, sharing and AI processing stop. Main data, including records, drafts and AI conversations, is erased without undue delay and within 30 days at most. Export files can be downloaded for 24 hours after completion.
Routine operation logs without record text are kept for security and incident investigation for up to 180 days from creation. Tax, accounting and purchase verification records are generally kept for five years under applicable law. See the Privacy Notice or contact support for backup handling and closure of all services.
