Service and fees

Regular records, goals, past records and basic data export are free.

The paid plan for players aged 13 and over includes AI chat, original-text organization, two-record comparison, personal insights, and weekly and monthly goal reviews. It costs JPY 990 in Japan or THB 199 in Thailand per player per month, including tax. Players under 13 can use free records only and cannot subscribe. PDF reflection sheets are excluded.

Each additional player needs a separate subscription. Internet and communication charges are paid by the user.

Payment and availability

Review the player, tax-inclusive price, payment method and renewal conditions in the App Store on iPhone, Google Play on Android, or Stripe on the web before buying. A purchase channel marked as being prepared cannot accept purchases.

The first charge is made on purchase and the plan renews monthly. The payment provider displays the billing and next-renewal dates. Paid features become available to the subscribed player after purchase verification.

Stopping renewal and refunds

Stop renewal before the deadline displayed by your payment provider. Use App Store or Google Play subscription management for store purchases, or the Note subscription screen for web purchases. Removing the app or signing out does not cancel a subscription.

Paid access continues until the end of the paid period after renewal is stopped. Free recording, goals, viewing and basic export remain available afterwards.

Refunds follow the payment provider’s rules and applicable law. For duplicate purchases or continuing access problems, contact support with the player, purchase channel and purchase time. Do not send passwords or card numbers.

System requirements

For the web app, we recommend an up-to-date Chrome, Safari or Edge with an internet connection. Check each store listing for supported iOS or Android versions and distribution availability. The service countries are Japan and Thailand; app languages are Japanese and English.
