AI Use and Data Notice

Eligibility, price and limits

AI is for subscribed players aged 13 or over with confirmed age and required guardian consent. A guardian contracts and explains the service for players under 18 in Japan or under 20 in Thailand. Under-13 players can use free records only; their information is not sent to AI.

The monthly price is JPY 990 in Japan or THB 199 in Thailand, including tax, per player. Chat and text organization together allow 10 accepted requests per UTC day and 100 over the last 30 days. Accepted requests count even if failed or canceled; retrying the same submission does not count twice. Purchase and AI use are unavailable while marked as being prepared.

Information sent

We send your question and necessary text from up to two regular records or published reports you select. Organization uses answers and reasons from the detailed record you select. Free notes, drafts, other players’ records and AI history are not automatically added. Approved football materials are supplied as sources.

Do not include names, schools, addresses, contact details or identifiable information about children under 13. Fixed identifying fields are excluded. Obvious contact details and explicit references to under-13 children stop transmission. This does not guarantee complete removal of personal information from free text.

Provider, retention and training

We use OpenAI, a United States provider, for generation and safety checks. Processing takes place abroad, including in the United States. API data is not used for model training by default. Response storage, background processing and external tools are disabled.

This is not Zero Data Retention. Inputs and outputs may normally be kept for abuse monitoring for up to 30 days, with legal, safety and other exceptions. Note stores conversations as history. You can request conversation deletion or close Note. Main data is normally erased within 30 days at most; statutory and other exceptions follow the Privacy Notice.

Safety and limitations

AI is not a human coach and can make mistakes. Football answers are limited to approved material and say when evidence is insufficient. Input and output are checked for safety; unsafe content or a failed check stops the response. AI does not automatically change your original words or goals.

Use “Report this answer” beside an inappropriate answer to request review. This is not emergency support or continuous human monitoring. For injuries, bullying or danger, seek a guardian or trusted adult; for immediate danger, seek local emergency services.

Consent and withdrawal

AI consent is recorded separately for each player. You can withdraw it in settings to stop new AI processing while continuing free records. Withdrawal does not cancel subscription renewal: stop renewal with your payment provider too. Contact: info@nv-st.com
